Return Policy for Physical Books

1. Return is eligible only on orders within 7 days of receipt.
2. Books must be unused and in their original condition.
3. All packaging must be intact along with the proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
4. Opened books or showing signs of use (such as writing, highlighting, or torn pages) are not eligible for returns.
5. A discounted bundle(s) qualifies return only if it is returned entirely with all the components.
6. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer only. A courier service having tracking facility is highly recommended. (Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable)
7. The refund shall be processed within 5-7 business days once the returned items pass through the quality check.
